I hope that Lincoln driver has good insurance and possibly a policy rider. They are not gonna have a good time. That ped was rolled quite a long way before the brakes were applied. Thank goodness he didn't get caught up under the grill.

Failure to pay attention while driving caused the accident, not the Cybertruck. Only in a world where people want to shirk responsibility onto anyone but themselves did the Cybertruck cause this accident.

If the world keeps going this way, we need some new laws to keep everyone safe:

- All cars and trucks must be produced in one of eight standard colors. No metalflake.
- Cars and trucks must have boring shapes that do not deviate from published acceptable vehicle forms by more than 5%
- Bumper stickers are illegal, unless the messaging is government approved and determined to be non-distracting.
- Nipples must not be visible through clothing within 100 feet of any public road right of way.
- Camel toes visible from a public road are punishable by death.

I believe it! I was making a uturn a lady was turning right on to the same road in the same direction from the mall. She stopped while blocking the whole intersection just staring at me. I had to slam on my breaks so I didn’t hit her and she almost got tboned by two other cars. She was a deer in headlights

The videographer was concentrating on his target and may well have totally missed the pedestrian impact until after the video ends. As a case in point:

I counted 15 and laughed at the gorilla as it walked across. This wasn't a hard test AT ALL.

If folks really can't pay attention to their surroundings this well, they simple shouldn't be driving!

I actually got out of a ticket once by telling the judge in more detail how an accident happened. The cop involved was terrible, and his lawyer actually asked:

"So you're saying you saw this more accurately than a trained police officer?"

To which my response was:

" Yeah, I thought cops were trained in situational awareness?"

He looked pissed, and the judge actually laughed.

90% of people on the road shouldn't be allowed to be there. FSD on all vehicles can't come quick enough!
