Walk away lock at home errors

We've had our truck for a few months now and love it! Starting this morning, the walk away lock started locking the truck when in our garage. I can't see that we have changed anything, except that my wife drove it for the 1st time in a bit. But I am the one who was driving when we parked it. Did a hard power off and reset, but it is still locking it in the garage with the exclude home selected. We even reset the home location, to no avail.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Check your profiles. If her profile or easy entry doesn't have exclude home, that's why. It needs to be in all of them.

Thanks for the suggestion. We looked at what was in there. No luck. Then we started over and created new profiles, no luck. Then we adjusted the location of the home pin drop, no luck.

Does the truck think it's at home? Ours sometimes holds an old position.

So, we took the truck out for some errands, and when we came home it worked just fine. Who knows. Thanks for the suggestions.
