Agreed- if it is hardwired, flip the breaker and turn it back on- should clear the fault. If it doesn't then give Tesla a callIt won’t hurt a thing to trip the breaker and reset it. Odds are it’s the first thing they will tell you to do anyway. Sense it’s hard wired it’s the only way to “unplug it”. Same as any electrical thing they first want to see if shutting it down and resetting it will fix it.
