I salute every Tesla while doing my mail run.
I don't know them and they have no idea why.

Oh man, and three more where that thread came from.🤦‍♂️

I didn't think this was such a popular topic.
Start exercising your arm now. Once we get our CTs there are going to be so many of them that you might as well just keep your hand waving all afternoon.

I got my model 3 pretty early in June of 2018 (28 k model 3 made), plus I am in rural Canada where there are fewer teslas (more expensive because of low CAD) and I got a few waves from model 3 drivers. IMO model 3 and Y drivers are friendlier and more average consumers (trying to do the right thing for the environment) as compared to model S and X drivers who are more affluent and aloof.

Because of the high number of reservations and popularity of trucks in North America, I see the CT as the truck of the people (especially rural people) and I highly encourage the early drivers of the CT to be ambassador's for the brand and not be a-holes.

Drivers of certain vehicles wave to other drivers with the same vehicle. It's a simple gesture of comradery.
The "Jeep Wave" is has been around for decades, but there's also a Corvette wave and even a Harley Davidson wave.

Cybertruck drivers need a wave.

Or a fist pump.

Or perhaps a one wipe salute with the BAW.

Thoughts?
The fist bump is still my favorite.

Just CT not all Teslas. We have time. Play with it. Maybe a C made with thumb and forefinger on left hand?
