Wheel cover center attachment broken

Do you think I should/can continue to use a wheel cover with broken center attachment.

I wouldn’t. I had one fall off somewhere and my SC gave me a replacement free of charge. Don’t know if this is policy or if someone was just being nice but it’s worth a try.

Those core covers are quite a bit stronger than the cyber covers in how they attach to the wheel, but it’s still risky. I’d get a new one.

I have three of them that are broke that way. One of them might be OK. My question is if they’re that prone to breakage, why would you replace them with the same thing that is breaking.? I see a lot of those Center hub covers and I was thinking about replacing all four of mine with just the center hub cover. They are a lot cheaper also.

I have the center hub covers as well, but I like to use the wheel covers when taking trips so that I can save a little battery power. Have no idea how the center broke but my guess is that I was a bit too aggressive when I putting them back on.
