Not saying you need the foam, just that it does change the acoustic profile of the tire for the better, on certain surfaces.

Nailed it. The high pitch ringing from concrete is mostly what the foam helps mitigate.

Is there a 2 or 3 choices on tires that are seen as the most (or more) efficient for the CT?

I plan on driving these Goodyears that came with the CB until they need to be replaced.

Two that I'm aware of: AS and AT. Only one wheel size, 20x9

Can you be more specific for a non-tire guy? I am starting to learn about truck tires, there is a lot to understand. A specific tire brand and size would help me tremendously.
