In case of a bad accident, I keep an emergency tool near my driver’s seat that cuts seat belts and breaks windows.

Are Cybertruck windows normal, or are they treated to make them more durable?
Should a basic window breaker tool still work?

This concern applies to all vehicles with laminated/acoustic glass….

short answer, conventional tools do not work. Need a bigger "rock."

Yes, when you cannot pull out the headrests and use the metal stakes to break the glass.

The tool won't get you through the glass. What you need to do is fold the window so it no longer blocks the space.

A hard point may make that easier to crack the glass, but... I son't know an optimal technique. There's kick the corner, use gloves or a coat to push against it...

It won't just shatter like single pane will.

There’s another thread on this topic from last year (try searching the title)
“Breaker / cutter for Laminated Windows”

It mentions this particular tool, which is costly.
~$200

Hopefully will never test it but looks like it's a reasonable option, small & compact + I have a small breaker bar.

Lifeline Rescue Tool + magnet mount from Amazon. Going to add another magnet mount for flashlight near the same place.
