It functions correctly but there is always an area in the middle of the glass that doesn’t get contact with the blade.
Service center said it’s normal until they change and fix the blade. Is this how everyone else’s wipers operate?

I had some weird issues until they replaced the wiper motor from the recall. It came with a redesigned wiper and wiper blade that work much better. No issues, going on 8k miles with the new wiper

I have the same issue. Also it seems as though not enough washer fluid is being pumped on the passenger side too

Mine streaks a lot towards the top of the driver’s side. I plan on having service address this after the holidays.

I put a concern in with a service visit and they’re replacing the windshield. wiper blade, and whole arm assembly. I’d like to think it’s an updated design, but they didn’t mention it. Mine has been wiping dry with FSD 13 and left scratches.

Same experience. I was told by Tesla following setting a service appointment to just drive to the shop. I’m going to do this after the holidays.

If any of you get around that issue with the Tesla team and they help you, please post it here or let me know.

I don't have the issue, but I agree with not enough fluid on the passenger side.

Sometimes the blade gets kind of kinked up and does this. I just grab it and kind of reset it on the glass at the bext stop and it's all good.

FSD kicking the wiper on every time it's engaged is annoying though.

OM goodness..... Cybertruck spare tires came in and are available. I Need one because there are no service centers anywhere close to our cottage in Ontario. So I used my $2500 voucher to oder the tire, mole, storage boxes and a couple chargers. I was getting worried I would have to ask Tesla for an extension on my voucher but I was finally able to use it. So then a service center choice came up on my phone and they requested I choose a date for installation and all recalls to be taken care of. So I will report back after Jan 9th how things went. I will be more at ease having a spare when I and up north fishing and hunting in the "bush". I will be intersted to see what they do with the wiper fluid volume. Ken

I don’t have that issue, but the wiper does not spay enough windshield wiper fluid to be effective….especially when their is salt/dirt on the windshield.
