I got solar a few weeks. The My Home section shows what vehicle you have in the garage and initially it was the Cybertruck but now it switched to a generic car image.

I was just wondering if there's a way to get it back? It doesn't really matter but it was kind of fun to have that there.

Mine does this at times too. I'm not really sure why it does it but it will come back. I'd say 95% of the time it shows the Cybertruck like it should.

I'm not sure if it makes a difference or not but I have the UWC that the truck is plugged into.

One time I went to the truck on the app and took it out of sleep mode and it was right again. Another time it corrected when I unplugged and plugged back in.

I'm not sure if it matters but I have the universal wall charger as well.

It's a 9.5 KW system, but the most I've seen so far is about 4.2.

I know it's the worst time of year for solar and it's been cloudy on a lot of days. My best day since getting the system was 22.2 kWh.

When Solar City installed mine, they told me the panels are more efficient in cold weather vs. hot summer days. Just FYI.

It's complicated. I don't know everything about it but the basic idea is that, if the sun was at the best angle on the panels, with no cloud cover, for a prolonged period of time. They would generate more power if, the panels themselves are cooler versus very hot.
I do not believe that overcomes the shorter days, with the sun being at a worse angle in the winter. In the summer the sun will be out longer and at a better angle. The panels might lose some efficiency because they're physically hotter, but that won't negate several hours more of better sun exposure. Or something like that? I'm not sure.

The angle could be better in the winter than the summer. SC said that the colder air of winter makes for better efficiency of the panel. Other factors may help or hinder.

Just got the update that shows the weather in the background which is cool but they changed the routing for some reason.
I don't know that it was specific to anyone's install but it used to correctly show the solar going into the Powerwall 3 and then through the meter and now they've changed it to everything goes to the meter.
