Looks good.

I just did the top of the tailgate, and the tailgate surface itself.

Kinda crazy how easy it is to install (with some patience, of course!) and how nice it turns out.

Time will tell if it holds up, but assuming it lasts 3+ years, it is definitely a nice mod.

I'm inclined to think this is some kind of solution applied to the plastic parts of the truck.
Is it a grease kind of base, abrasive, flammable, microbiological based that repairs itself or what? or what-what?

Yeah I started with the tailgate too, but now I’ve done the frunk lip, top of the rear bumper, front bumper and have the bed rails, fender flares, mirrors, mud flaps, and rockers coming lol

It’s a very tough PPF film

Looks great. I did the bed surround and it is holding up super well and find it really easy to clean vs the original material. Looks better too.

Oh it took about 45 minutes or less and I was slow

Thanks, it's not hard to apply at all, just takes a little patience if you want it to look really good. I'd recommend starting on the tailgate where it's not as visible so you get the feel for the material.
