One thing that I love about CT is how minimal the driving experience is. Eliminating max speed fits that vibe. You now have one less thing you need to do, or think about. Selecting profile via scroll wheel is also very zen. Max speed wasnt a feature, it was the old way. yall just need to learn how to cybertruck again, but don't worry, you're gonna adjust quickly and love it!

Sloth and Mad Max profiles are great, and do what I expect them to, and I love not having to set speed, or do left/right scroll wheel toggles.

Also, if you haven't already noticed, the new FSD lets you nudge it more/longer with the accelerator, and will allow you to nudge higher than 86mph, so far my fastest nudge was 89mph. This has been really nice.

Going faster can be accomplished by switching to Hurry or Mad Max, but Sloth won't go 10 under the "speed limit" if it's currently wrong.
I logged 120 miles the first day with only start drive and mode change inputs (plus one turn signal which could have been a mode change early in the drive).

I've noticed that about sloth too! Even when it knows the correct speed limit, sometimes I want slower. Usually in a neighborhood. I'm always still ready to take over and drive, for this and the other things. Seems to be constantly improving though

Sloth works great in my neighborhood and goes the posted 20MPH speed limit with lots curves, and cars parked in the street.

v13 would speed and I would have to roll the max speed down each time FSD entered the neighborhood. Was annoying but as you said, it's very zen like now.

Very well said @cybergriz.
I complained when I first got it too but having driven it, I wholeheartedly agree with your assessment.

In my state, the default for neighborhood speed limit is 25. To go lower, the township is reauired additional studies, and exemptions so it's rarely done. Imo 25 still seems a little fast for neighborhoods, but that's the law here. 20 would give me perfect slothing!
