Having the ropes there might not be what the customers want, but it's a smart business decision, at least for now. Tesla has more demand than they can fill, there is no reason not to let the Cybertruck bask in the spotlight on its throne as an aspirational vehicle.Ahh, they still have the barriers up. All Cybertrucks sold so far have been under NDA's (non-disclosure agreements) so we still don't know whether the Purchase and Sale Agreement has an anti-reselling agreement in it. If it does, and you renege on the agreement, Tesla would probably be on solid legal ground enforcing the contract you signed.Is there anybody who has received delivery confirmation and is yet willing to sell the reservation? I am ready to pay big cash for your spot. I desperately need to buy a cybertruck, in any configuration, as soon as possible.
