I'm not expecting anything tomorrow regarding the CT news.
I'm just glad NFL preseason kicks off tomorrow; college football starts in about 3 weeks, fantasy football draft is in 25 days, NFL regular season starts ~5 weeks, and most importantly to keep my mind off the CT, hunting season starts in 30 days here for me. Then baseball playoffs, the holidays, my active duty retirement, figuring out how to make a living post AD retirement, and ski season... I'll stay occupied until the Superbowl. But damn if we don't have some solid CT ground to stand on by Feb I'll be disappointed.
Congrats on retirement! I retired from active duty in 2016 after 24 years... Well, I'm a GS civilian now so I guess I'm not that good at retirement...

It depends on whether Elon says, "This is IT... The finalized version." or not.
Elon has already said they reached "pencils down" a long time ago. What we haven't seen is a complete example of that (as far as we know). That said, it will look almost identical to what we have seen unless you get nit-picky. And, make no mistake, Tesla will continue to improve it over time although that will mostly take place "under the skin".

What I am hoping to get out of today
Current CT next to another vehicle, like this visual... Get some scale. Pick it apart compared to how it was staged at battery day. Maybe if tonneau is open, we get some bed visual?

And, some sort of a insinuation of WHEN the "reveal" event will be, if there ever WILL be one(There will...). I don't care too much nor have much hope for the pricing to be addressed, grandfathering or otherwise. But I could see the response being "we don't want to touch on pricing today, but we have something planned for later this year" thus lending to the 11.21.22 date I've been teasing about since like... April?

I would looooove it today was even more clarity than the joke that Cyber Rodeo was. It very easily could. There was like 3 sentences and a drive by that day. We know it has 4 wheel, what about bed? Any mid gate news? Can we see some interior in the day light? :)

If idra keeps the press another 2 months to show off then ships it by end of the year...
Every day that IDRA holds their finished Gigapress, they are paying the carrying costs instead of getting paid.

Tesla prioritizes speed over most anything else, including cost. I'm sure that IDRA will deliver the finished product as soon as possible.

To be fair, no Tesla is ever "done"

Interesting, That Semi was painted there at the Cyber Rodeo, and was recently sighted in California so it's clocking some miles. here's the sighting in California:

Where the heck are they charging it? We know of the supercharger/megacharger they use on the GigaNevada-Fremont route.

I have been thinking about that all morning hahahah I think it's towed, probably towed. Also, they probably have the normal port on it and trickle charge it very very slowly that way. Teslas only charge as fast as Tesla says they can lol I wouldn't be shocked to hear they have some sort of Forklift charge jerry rigged to charge the Semi's haha

We've never seen their Semis towed long distance, tho. They'd have to cover up all the graphics.

It's funny people would lose their minds over the TESLA semi but mostly no one bats an eye at a Nikole rolling around ahah.

ALSO. Drone flight live today! See Semi chillin.

IDK. Kinda odd they DON'T have a CT out yet, almost like they MAY give some news there and don't wanna spoil it. Wishful thinking... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
