Brand new CT - charge port won’t open

I picked up my cybertruck yesterday morning. Drove it around all day and loved it. Did a trip this morning then came home to plug in and charge. The charge port will not open. Tried both ways to do it from the touch screen, from the app and by tapping it.
Tried a reboot and then a power down and back up.
Any other ideas? Anyway to manually open it so I don’t have to be towed to make it to the service center 60 miles away?

Press the microphone button on the steering wheel and say "open butthole" Try this and it should work

Open butthole did not work. For all of the actions I hear the port doors motor make a sound but it doesn’t open

That is a bit awkward. I guess this is a word to the wise on things to check on delivery day. Open butthole ... in Tesla speak.

Yes, the manual release will open the charge port door.

Absolutely should have checked it at delivery! Lesson learned.
The manual release worked!!!!! But now the door is manual and not powered lol. I guess the service center will fix that? Unless I can solve that too.

Mine did this after a while on my M3, and they just replaced whole charging port housing.

Brought it to the service center this morning. Charge port door fault detected. They replaced the door and all is well. About an hour and a half total time. Thanks all for the help!

Put a little tension as the door tries to cycle open. I had to do this for a week until i could get the door assembly replaced. There was also a corresponding error in the log.

On a side note. Could you share your rough number build from your VIN? Just wondering the ballpark numbers of CT built by the years end. mine was 42000~ delivered Nov 1, my friend was 52000~ delivered Dec 4. Thank you and Congrats
