Doh. You beat me to the post.If what people are saying is, that (A) Tesla decides to offer the vehicle they described, and (b) Tesla does offer you that vehicle, and (c) you do decide to pay for it with FSD installed - then fine.
That said, my reading of all these is that the FSD at $7k is a legal obligation of Tesla. No question in my mind. As long as they make the CT and you buy the CT that this agreement covers, you can buy FSD for $7k. Everything else is totally open to unilateral adjustment by Tesla.
