Announce Day Reservation Region Incorrectly Set by Tesla

On November 19th, I attended the Cyber Truck Unveil at the Tesla Design Studio in person. An hour into Tesla opening up reservations, I created my Tesla Account and placed my CyberTruck order.

My Tesla Cybertruck day-of-launch reservation is now not associated with the correct country in error, due to the Reservation Region not being captured by Tesla in the early days of reservations.

As Tesla captured my address when I created my account and profile, I would expect Tesla should have set my Region to Canada and not the United States per the address the flow cust captured.

Anyone else run into this? were you able to get the Region updated to the correct one?

Can you log into your Tesla account and change your address to whatever it is now? That should be the only thing you need to change.

Can you log into your Tesla account and change your address to whatever it is now? That should be the only thing you need to change.
Great idea tried it. While the address is correct, I would adjust part of it, and save it.
This does not work as when I log in my region is set to cA, then I go to modify, and I get a 494 error. Then I go back, set my Région to US, no option to update the order but it comes up.
When I just touch my profile address, the Region for the order does not change.
As you can imagine, called in, emailed the known email ideas - no answer.

It's not like you're going to get the truck later because of this mixup.

You don't have a configured order, so it won't be shipped anywhere.

Tesla has your email, right?

What is going to a showroom going to do? There's no Cybertruck preorders for them to alter.

I doubt that a Canadian showroom can alter American orders, either.

The first deliveries will be in the U.S. so I think this will get worked out without delaying your delivery. You will be eligible to configure sooner than you would be if your region was set to Canada and that's probably where they will figure out their mistake.

I’m in Canada, and can see my reservation when I log into the US site. However when I click on Canada and try and go into manage for the Cybertruck, I get an error.
All my account details however are correct and say Canada with my postal code, so hoping it all works out. I have a very early reservation.

Worst case, when they call you, you have it fixed to the right region.

Anyone with an address in the US but in the Canadian region is gonna be in much worse shape ^-^
