You don't really want to know. It's ridiculously expensive. I won't even say it out loud. We were second guessing ourselves after the purchase for quite some time while waiting for delivery (4 months). That is until it was delivered. Then it's worth every penny. I run my side full blast (3) while my wife usually keeps her side at 1.
It's a Tempurpedic Active Cooling something or other. We've had it two years now it is fantastic. They don't even advertise it on the website. It's only available at Tempurpedic company run stores. Not affiliated with Temperpedic at all and we are still slightly embarrassed that we spent that much on a mattress.

Yes, that's it. I always sleep a little warm and this was our first memory foam mattress and we had heard that they can be a little warm to sleep on.
It didn't hurt that my wife was/is going through that change in life where women sometimes get just a little bit warm. Still stupidly expensive but it sold itself on the showroom floor.

we like and are embarrassed about ours. Too we have had them for YEARS and I love the pillow. Ours don’t do the ventilated thing though.
