I’m guessing they’re preparing to run a segment of the Baja 1000 in November. Would love to see them enter and run the full thing like Ford did with the Raptor, but not sure how they would manage charging on the course.

So I believe Elon said it would be tough enough for the “Baja 1000” ! I would say sense Elon usually get around to proving his point ! given the time of year ….meaning the course for Baja 1000 is basic marked out for race around this time of the year.

I think they’re prerunning the Baja 1000, of after prerunning course, they could enter Baja 1000 race in Class 8 or Sportman Class, if they feel comfortable w/ results of practice.

cybertruck won’t have a problem with
Clogged air filters in the silt beds !

36 hour clock to finish the race I believe they’re have enough time to charge 2 to 3 time and complete the race.

Bay of LA has no supercharger , maybe they bring another battery and quickly charge from battery to battery or a very large diesel generator

good luck “CyberTruck team “ you’ll need it ! Baja 1000 is a grueling race and will test

I doubt this is everything Tesla has.
I think the detractors are just talking with their tongues firmly planted in their cheeks. Otherwise, I'm gonna have to reset my human stupidity scale! I don't think anyone could be that stupid.

Well, these guys have no Semi with them, but traditionally, if Tesla needs charging, a trailer of batteries, superchargers, and generators pulls up.

They've pulled these out before (I have no idea where they hide them, one famously burned down) during evacuations and weather events.

Damned if you do. Damned if you don't.

It's not like you are staying out of trouble even without this post.

But looks like we get the option for a very un-aerodynamic light bar.
I can’t tell if others, including @Administrator, have noticed the lightbar?

Tesla Cybertruck Mexico Pics: Cybertrucks w/ roof rack accessories (Starlink & recovery boards) and bed vault haul (spare, air tank, recovery rope) 0D99386C-FC8F-4CB6-8C43-C533357CACEA

Finally seeing the light bar I’d thought would make it to the post title

hey @greggertruck - this lightbar is what the Velcro tabs were for (early fitment tests)

why?

Much of this are official accessories, including what will be available for a light bar

if some folks have criticisms, what would make them ‘stupid’?
