Noted, don’t store anything flammable in the bed of the truck.

That doesn't look like the battery caught... and if it did, the foam contained it?!?

At this point, I'm just starting to wonder if it's the old Top Gear boys trying to do a repeat of what it takes to destroy Toyota but with a CyberTruck. :)

Shot at, bombed, burned, dropped...

It looks like arson to me and more than likely being it was sitting on a lot 3am in the morning.
Too many Tesla haters out there and is also more likely as compared to spontaneous combustion.
Especially after recent cyber FUD surrounding battery fires that most often turn out to be nefarious in nature or consumables improperly stored in the vault area.
If this was a real battery issue it would be more widespread but wouldn’t discount some defect causing if if it was actually awaiting service on an Tesla lot and not just parked somewhere.

There so many precautionary pyro fuses and relay circuit cutoffs that detect overrun and disengage high voltage circuits.

I went to the dealership on Saturday (I live nearby) and one of the employees said it was 100% arson. They have the people who did it on video.
I love a happy ending to a story like this.

Too many weirdos out there.
