I'll just buy the 18" and wait for people to sell their premiums at a highly discounted rate when they want to upgrade. In lots of case as soon as they get the truck. That's how I got my current tires at half price almost brand new.

Depends on what you want out of the CT? Styling/road performance or offroad performance.

regular 18" for me, aftermarket covers maybe. My truck will go off-road about as much as most 4x4s - which means maybe 24hrs over a five year period.
Caliche side roads don't count as off-roading

Greater rotational inertia, more prone to damage.

Better off road
potentially better range
Higher probability of finding a snow tire option

20 inch may look better cosmetically and can provide more performance less body roll due to likely lower sidewalls versus smaller wheels
