I've seen conflicting info about the resale restriction clause. Supposedly it went away and then came back. Did any of your paperwork have the clause that doesn't let you resell the trick for a year?

The "No Resale" clause never went away, at least not on any Purchase and Sales Agreement that was used on a Cybertruck.

Just got a call from Tesla Sunnyvale that my CT AWD is ready for pickup today!
Have been viewing this forum for a while now but haven't posted anything, just want to thank all of you guys for the good information! Hope everyone here get their CT soon!
