There's a ~12% additional cost from the out the door price from the cost of the CT. Minus the Registration, licence, tire fees. Isn't the sales tax in California ~7.5%?

It‘s 9.5% to 10.5% in Los Angeles county, depending on the city you’re in.

ETA: It’s 7.25% to 10.75% for all of CA, again depending on what city/county you’re in.

I would love to buy a home near Dublin/Pleasonton! I am currently in San Leandro.

Yeah, the NSX has always been a “supermodel figure” … it is tiny even when compared to my S2000! Of course, as a photographer, I know the tricks to capture it so that the NSX in the last photo looks even more petite! ?

yeah, well, it allows for my home to have more living space vs comparable home with a driveway, for the similar price.
