Better check your junk mail although I’m sure you’ve been checking your app.Congratulations! I'm a minute one reservation holder, 11724 and haven't heard a thing. I think they forgot about me. Lol
They are kinda going in order:

Weird semantics pointNot random. Mostly in order.

Elon has indeed given indications of the timeline.Where are you getting this information? There is nothing at all that I have seen from Tesla about when FSD will be available for Cybertruck. We all know to take time estimates from Tesla with a Cybertruck bed load of salt because they don't ever come close. So how long should we expect when they don't even dare give an estimate? So you are just making up this "in only months"? Or did you get this information from someone at Tesla?
Ok, so you admit you are just making that up. Thanks.Elon has indeed given indications of the timeline.
A similar even happened at the end of 2022.
Given a +- 3-month leeway I'm 100% sure that mine estimate is a LOT closer than yours " for all we know, it could take years before they add it to CT "
For all I know it will not take years.
And again, I'm talking about the FSD Beta, not FSD.
Makes sense as a money grab. Go through every single reservation to see about getting $20k extra for what costs them almost nothing.Tend to agree that will be the case.
Also wondering if they will just keep going through the entire US reservation list for Foundation series?
That would then be a awfully long line to jump out of, then get back in, sometime after they've all been served...
Lots of people who might have pushed the button and ordered (me for sure) a $99k cyberbeast when I got my invite 3 weeks ago, might just move on and grab something else for the time being with no seeming end in sight to the fs money printing. Tempting to hope the range/battery chemistry improves and consider buying next year or something.Tend to agree that will be the case.

Was just thinking this, they are pocketing some SERIOUS extra cash on these. Easy extra 100 milllion $ on their balance sheet this year if every cybertruck is a fs with $20k markup, that’s only 5k trucks they have to sell.20,000 x 2,000,000 = 40,000,000,000
We see you, Tesla. ??
I have to say, I kind of dig the whole "limited edition" vibe for the Foundation Series. Like, if everyone's driving one, it loses its magic, right? I had that different take on the Foundation Series too. But, nobody's getting held at gunpoint here, you know? You can always wait for the regular version and pick and choose the features you actually use.Am I the only one that is starting to suspect Foundation Series is a scam? It seems to me it is just a way of forcing anyone that wants to be first in line to pay for very expensive stuff we otherwise wouldn't pay for. FSD for $12,000, hell no. Bi-directional charging at home, cool but not interested. But here we are, forced to pay for it. And here is the kicker. We are paying for it AND NOT EVEN GETTING IT. FSD isn't active and for all we know, it could take years before they add it to CT. I get the feeling the Foundation Series isn't going to be limited at all. They will make a ton of them and milk everyone one of us for every extra penny and we will all be on here two years from now discussing the rumor that FSD is right around the corner.
I've checked everywhere. My address has been on file since the beginning. I own a MY and lease a M3P.Better check your junk mail although I’m sure you’ve been checking your app.
I have only ridden in a car with FSD and never used it myself. $12k is just insane. So I am curious about your FSD experience. When you are in a city, for example, are you confident in it? When I rode with my brother with his M3 w/FSD it was like watching a horror movie. We were just waiting for the next terrifying scene when the car would do something crazy. It immediately struck me, "People pay $12k to feel nervous like this?"I have to say, I kind of dig the whole "limited edition" vibe for the Foundation Series. Someone mentioned yesterday, Tesla's got to pay the bills just like anyone else. So, if there is a chance of making more money with the FS, why wouldn't they?
Speaking of FSD, I'm actually a pretty big fan. Sure, it's got its quirks, but man has it come a long way! I know, I know, Tesla and deadlines don't exactly mix. They aim for the moon and land somewhere around Jupiter, every time. But you gotta hand it to them, they don't skimp on quality to hit a date. You take the good with the "fashionably late," I guess."
