I got mine today as well. I ordered on day 1 RN112837057. I'm in a pickle. I'm not sure the Beast is worth it. 16K for 1.5 secs faster to 60 MPH? That is the diff. And of course, less payload with a third motor and slightly less battery. What do you all think?
Have you driven a Tesla before? Unless you have and understand what it means, the slow AWD is going to blow your mind with it's acceleration.

You really have to want it and know what you want.

All the vehicles that you have listed, with my slow Model 3, will be out of my sight in a very few seconds.

If you haven't driven a Tesla, get a test ride using my referral code in a basic Model 3 or Model Y. Do it BEFORE you think about the Beast. Tehe slowest Tesla WILL blow most peoples socks off!

I just don't see it, with the number of invites going out they must expect a fairly quick ramp-up. I think there are going to be a lot of disappointed people come Mar. 31st.
Tend to agree that will be the case.

Also wondering if they will just keep going through the entire US reservation list for Foundation series?

That would then be a awfully long line to jump out of, then get back in, sometime after they've all been served...

No chance that 80k people passed up. These are passionate owners and this site would be on fire if 80k got emails. I don't think it's random either. Some sort of regional distribution, Tesla current owners, miles, FSD users, etc. There's a method to the perceived madness. I am a current Tesla owner, bought 2 Model S's new, a day one 1127 reservation holder who's never had FSD that lives in Ohio. No email. I will buy when it comes, only the FSD pisses me off, a 10k fee to be early.

My guess is 2000-2500 FS models.
I got mine today so you could be right about the regional stuff. I'm in Rhode Island. 11284 holder. Reserved at midnight going into the second day 11/23/19).I don't own a Tesla, I do have solar panels and multiple power walls. And recently I put in for a lease of the new Model 3 LR.

You may not be the only one, but it definitely is not a scam.

There is NO indication that a FS purchase will not be receiving the equipment, only the "up to $4k installation assistance)
When the Cybertruck was introduced, the FSD beta didn't even exist. And it be available in only months.

The FS series is a "fully equipped vehicle" with additional badging and colors for those who want it.

If you don't want to pay for everything, then you maintain your place in line.

It's pretty simple and not an uncommon practice.
Where are you getting this information? There is nothing at all that I have seen from Tesla about when FSD will be available for Cybertruck. We all know to take time estimates from Tesla with a Cybertruck bed load of salt because they don't ever come close. So how long should we expect when they don't even dare give an estimate? So you are just making up this "in only months"? Or did you get this information from someone at Tesla?

Fanboi can't handle the slightest, legitimate criticism of Tesla?
It’s not that, Pilot Matt. It’s just pretty much every comment you leave lately is totally negative and most border on whining and it appears its starting to grate on people nerves.

I get you’re on the fence but maybe it’s best for your mental health to just walk away. It’s sucks eating $1k but not nearly as much as second guessing yourself for the next year at the minimum until you can sell it and walk away

Just my 2 cents

If I am thinking it, others are too. I have a right to post my opinion just like everyone does. And some of us get just as annoyed at the slobbery Tesla worship as you are getting at my honest, genuine concerns that might come across as negativity. I could go on and on and talk endlessly about how much I admire Elon Musk and what he has accomplished. I could narrow it down and talk for days about the amazing success story of Tesla Motors. But for right now, in this moment, a product that some of us believed in from the very beginning, is not looking to be what was promised. I think criticism is just as valid and useful right now as boot licking praise. Let's get everything out there, all the best and worst praises and criticisms of the product and help each other make a decision and maybe word will make it back to Tesla and result in a better product and customer experience. And if it really hurts your heart that much and ruins your day, just ignore any posts with my name on them and I won't know or be troubled by it.

Criticism ok. Comments on every thread because of a sore bum or just to try to rain on parades, totally lame.
Not sore, just sweaty from no ventilation on my Model Y seats. ? This is one of the biggest reasons for wanting CT, I finally get ventilation in my seats.

I get the feeling the Foundation Series isn't going to be limited at all. They will make a ton of them and milk everyone one of us for every extra penny and we will all be on here two years from now discussing the rumor that FSD is right around the corner.
They likely will stop selling Foundation Series after offering to all 2mill res holders, LOL.
