Usually, option for orders is either a Beast or the FS.

I don't presume that FSD will cost what it was when I reserved it...

Not only was it not in my original confirmation email, but I've never heard anyone from Tesla confirm it, ever.

Obviously they didn't hold to original pricing on the truck...

I've read on this forum that people think Tesla will have to honer it or be sued in California. That seems like a multi year process that would MAYBE provide a remedy (or not) to a small subset of people with 2019 reservations for FSD who actually purchase a non-foundation Cybertruck in the future, with no changes to the original order.

Tesla will honor the FSD price offered when the reservation was made. Period.

Tesla said they would, and there is no good reason not to. Even if they were a disreputable company, it would be stupid to backtrack on that because people who had pre-ordered at the lower price would cause a plummeting take rate on a feature in which every additional sale is revenue that is 100% margin.

People who are questioning whether Tesla would honor their commitment are simply throwing shade on Tesla by saying we don't know if Tesla honors iron clad commitments or not. They do, and they will.

If when you placed your 100 dollars reservation order you selected FSD and at that time it was offered at 7000, to the best of our knowledge and to the best we understand the terms we all signed that day, it will be 7,000 when you order your non FS CT

Tesla predicted the FSD price hike a long time ago (pre-2019) and knows it will be worth much more in the future. That is why when you reserved FSD at the $7K price, there was a note stating that you will secure it at the lower cost when it increases in the future. It is set in black and white.

I bet the gateway is more like $2k minimum, based on what some Powerwall invoices show. If anyone can provide more accurate info, please update.

Im so blind. I saw that. tomorrow I am getting my second wall battery installed and they show a second Gateway on the invoice and will see if it will be needed and send out pricing. The wall battery just showed up while typing this. lol
