First issue with the Cybertruck -- rattle from driver side door window

I have been driving the CT for a week now and recently, I have noticed that the driver side door window doesn't seem to be properly secured. The rattling sound it makes when closing the door is unbearable ( sounds like glass moving back and forth)
, and it also rattles when driving over bumps. It's really annoying. I have already reached out to the service through the app, but I haven't received any response in the past three days. I'm curious to see what will happen. Has anyone else experienced this issue with the CT?

Can you capture this on video? Does the noise/rattle sound like it’s coming from near the black seal of the door?

I don't have mine yet, but I've not heard one person mention anything anout an issue like this, or any negatives at all about the door or windows for that matter.

The app should acknowledge receipt, and provide an estimated time to get back to you. Leaving you hanging for 3 days is subpar.

I guess, these little things are many that will surface over the coming months.

Let’s not talk about throwing a metal or a rubber baseball at the window, I’m sure if I close the door hard enough at this point, the glass will most likely shatter lol.

I blame the Tesla quality assurance team that inspects these things when they're built and prior to delivery to customer.

How many Tesla's have you owned?

I've owned 5, one being one of the first Model S P85s in 2012, so I'm an early adopter.

I'm joking around of course, but I know Teslas quality is the worst first hand, it's just something you joke about and not get offended when you've owned many of them for well over a decade. Lighten up pal

That sounds rough….. my model three has a similar sound but when the door opens. It’s not from the window but still annoying. It can be fixed but do t want to spend $1,200. I pick up mine today so will post updates

I have the same issue, it gets worse when the windows are open and you try close the driver side door. I have setup a Tesla service appointment for next week let’s see how it goes.

I have this issue too with my CyberBeast. I searched for the previous post and could not locate. Going into service this week as well

There's so many posts now on this forum I can't find anything unless I commented on it. Good luck with your CTBeast. The repair will be quick but man, If I had my truck already I wouldn't care, I'd just listen to music. LOL
