Update: got a called from my service advisor. Here’s the report.

8 days @ 750 miles and my driver door just started doing the same rattle. Stickerclu8 is so right the noise is annoying and makes the closing of the door sound like an old car from the 60’s

watched a video on YouTube yesterday commenting on Dennis CW CT, vehicle virgin?, and made fun of drivers side door rattle when closing. It sounds like this same issue.

I have been driving the CT for a week now and recently, I have noticed that the driver side door window doesn't seem to be properly secured. The rattling sound it makes when closing the door is unbearable ( sounds like glass moving back and forth)
, and it also rattles when driving over bumps. It's really annoying. I have already reached out to the service through the app, but I haven't received any response in the past three days. I'm curious to see what will happen. Has anyone else experienced this issue with the CT?
