Hello everyone,
I received a call from my local Tesla Delivery center, "Miami Gardens," saying that my Cybertruck had an "alignment issue" and that my delivery had to be postponed. It was scheduled for 02/27/2024. This is a real bummer! As you can imagine, I had already shared the great news with friends and family, and everyone was excited to see it.
Unfortunately, that was all the information I received. It was explained that there was an issue with the alignment and that the car pulled to the left. I was told very few technicians were trained on this vehicle, and one would be dispatched next week. They were unsure when they would be available or if any parts would need to be ordered once diagnosed.
Please let me know if anyone else has seen this same issue come up pre-delivery. I've read about a few longer-term problems related to tire wear due to ride height adjustability.
Thanks!
