Checked the app about five times today. Last check before I was going to go to sleep had a orange warning triangle and a new line:
"Tesla is making changes that impact your order. Review details in your Tesla Account before proceeding."

Clicked vehicle details and VIN got assigned.

I'm trying. Have to figure out finances. So as a head's up. have that done right when you get VIN. I'm doing through business so getting financing takes longer than personal, so as soon as I got the VIN, i immediately filled out form for commercial auto loan but that takes days, and had no clue the car would arrive 2 days after i got the VIN.

It's almost like the truck driver, hauling the car carrier, handed out VINs while at a red light, or something.

My Beast was built on 3/14/2024 which is five days before the VIN was assigned to me. My Beast has been sitting in the Austin parking lot since it was built, so somewhere in this picture below from a recent flyover a couple of days ago. It has been sitting in the lot for the last nine days and has not departed Austin for San Diego. It is expected to arrive in San Diego on Thursday 3/28/2024.

So I’m now wondering if production is really ramping up or if Cyber Trucks are piling up in the parking lot. Either way, my CT has been in that Austin lot for over a week now with no movement.

I hope it gets on a car hauler tomorrow or Monday.

There were 4 others on the lot waiting to be detailed. This is my first Tesla and I have to say the delivery was odd. The tech couldn’t answer most of my questions and I ask about actually driving it and he said just find the owners manual and good luck ?
