One thing I noticed when poking around the source of https://www.tesla.com/teslaaccount/subscription-preferences was a variable called 'CYBERTRUCK_EARLY_DELIVERY_RAFFLE_END_TIME'.

There are hundreds of CTs on the used and aftermarket right now. If it was 3 it would be one thing but when the first few came to market and Tesla did not do anything it openened the floodages.

The good new is so many have been listed for sale you can now get a CT for $125k that is used, but has under 500 miles. As far as flippers go most of the ones getting in the game now are getting burnt due to the aftermarket price of the CT dropping.

That would defeat the purpose of wanting the trucks to be out in the world, testing the hardware and software. Buyers didn't have a contract with Tesla, and the software contains many safety updates.

Auction sites in the 140-160 range but if you look at recently sold you will see a handful selling for sub 130, which will bring the top end prices way down

It would solve the problem but the buyer is not at fault, the seller is the only one that violates the terms.
Tesla has done zero to enforce the terms that likely led to mass flipping which in turn dropped the used value. The problem is due to that CT owners who bought the upcharged FS will have no shot of getting decent resale value 7 months from now when the clause expires.
