So clearly whoever you spoke to doesn't know anything about this program, because they are talking about the ordering process and this program rides on top of the ordering process. They should inform us that, after review of our submitted documents, we either qualify for the program or we do not. If we do qualify they may jump right to the next step, which would depend on where we are in the process. If we only have a reservation they would put us to the ordering page. If we have an order but not a VIN they would presumably shift us ahead in the production queue. If we already have a VIN they would probably do nothing because delivery is imminent.
“If we only have a reservation they would put us to the ordering page. If we have an order but not a VIN they would presumably shift us ahead in the production queue.”
This certainly is a presumption.
It’s possible, if not more likely that the program will do nothing more than spit out invitations to order a foundation series. (Jumping the line before earlier reservation holders verses jumping the line of current order holders)
I received my invitation on 3/5 and ordered on 3/12, so I’m hoping that I’m wrong on this.

I don’t understand what’s so hard about giving shareholders a simple update? Maybe like, “Hey everyone,

...I just want to spam you and get your hopes up but no, this is a form email that doesn't tell you anything and you're going to go on the forum and complain that it doesn't tell you anything but we didn't have anything to tell you but apparently we need to send messages every week saying we exist.
What's the point of such a letter?

That's far too rational. Please be serious.

Because people on Twitter and various message boards are getting upset. It’s been a month since they announced the program, and there is no information on it other than the 5 rules to qualify for “early” delivery.

Also, had they gave us more info and what to expect, I would have probably kept my Cyberbeast order instead of changing to AWD. Everyone would be happier and Tesla would have more money.

There's been lots of news.

Those of us who didn't qualify were told we didn't qualify.

Those who could submit more documents, were requested more documents last week.

What else should they say?

People need to know when their $100k “early delivery” trucks are going to arrive. They need to prepare financially and logistically. Loyal Tesla shareholders signed up a whole month ago for an early delivery, and now Tesla seems to be scrapping the plan without warning. It’s not hard to understand why people are frustrated! Sure I get my Cybertruck next week but it still upsetting to see Martin’s Twitter thread filled with pissed off shareholders! Totally avoidable and you know it.

Of course it’s a guess. My name isn’t Elon Musk. Go ahead and make your own guess as to how this will play out, but I can assure you that no one here knows the facts.

People should have figured out by now the Tesla doesn’t lead you around by the hand. They said further steps would follow by email. If that’s not enough buy a Chevy. Quit whining and making me wade through all the crap to actually find useful information.

Supposedly, people with 30,000 "Accelerate Your Cybertruck Delivery" credits have been able to jump the line right away. Not sure if true, but someone posted that they PLACED their order March 2024 and within 1 week were able to configure and shortly after received their vin/delivery.

You would think Tesla would treat qualified 3+yr shareholders under the program similarly and fast track the Cybertrucks accordingly. At this point, just a new estimated delivery would be nice....

I have 30k referral credits and would use them but the window to apply was < 1 day and I missed it! Shows on the redeem page of the app as so out! Also qualify for long term stock holder program but silence....

some day I'll get the truck!

Qualified long term stockholder. RN 11300, reservation 11-25-19, submitted order 4-5-24, PowerShare survey 4-12-24. I think long term shareholder helps them find people willing to purchase foundation series.
