Are any FS Cybertrucks with 2025 VINs?

The FS inventory models are kinda tempting here in Canada now that they are adding free wrap. Anyone know if any were produced with 2025 VIN or are all FS trucks 2024 only? Also thinking tesla may get hit with tariffs so it may actually be a good time to buy before things escalate.

A spot check of Tesla inventory in major Canadian cities shows only 2024s. My guess would be that there are no 2025s in Canada at this time, but I didn't check every possible postal code, so can't say for sure.

The current administration in the US seems determined to apply big tariffs on Canadian goods. If that happens, Canada would presumably retaliate with tariffs on US goods, and Tesla seems like an obvious target::

A 100% tariff might be unrealistic, but a 10-25% tariff might not be.

Thank you - the looming tariffs could make the inventory units a good deal w/ wrap and all the other goodies like FSD and powershare. Let’s hope cooler heads prevail!
I don’t believe we have any down here. Sorry, fresh out.

I would just go ahead and purchase now that the prices are low. Canada doesn’t want to play ball and do what right, so those prices will go up later today.

I don't think we've ever seen a Foundation Series with a 2025 vin at all?

I haven't read every page of every vin thread, so I could be wrong, but...
I don’t think so either. But if such a thing exists, seems most likely that it would be in Canada or Mexico. It’s 2025, and the FS is still the only option in those places.

Do you think they are actually still making FS for Canada or is Canada getting: whatever is leftover from 2024 runs?

so Tesla really messed up then building way to many FS editions in 2024. I thought the FS editions we were now getting here in Canada would be made in 2025 but it appears just to be inventory. I suppose once this inventory is done, they will finally give us the Non FS?

Wow so they really are struggling to get rid of them. If no more are planned, I will wait for nonFS in Canada which will likely come in couple months. Tariffs nonsense needs to be over too

That's how it looks: all FS in the US and Canada seem to be 2024s. But only Tesla knows for sure.

If the FS runs out, and Tesla wants to keep selling Cybertrucks in Canada, then yes, seems like they would have to offer the non-FS.

One catch is that it might take a while for the FS to run out. Given the high cost, the FS may not be selling at a very fast rate, even with the "Complimentary Wrap" incentive. Many US customers are probably choosing the non-FS instead, and many Canadian customers are probably waiting for the non-FS. The wrap incentive is scheduled to run until March 31, so Tesla is apparently hoping that they will be gone by then.

Another wild card is tariffs. Suppose Canada applies a 25% tariff on Teslas (same as the 25% tariff that the Trump administration is now applying on Canadian goods). In that case, a non-FS plus tariffs could cost as much in Canada as an FS does now.

Yes so many variables. I will be interesting to see what else gets offered in last couple weeks of q1 to really move the inventory.

re: tariffs I think this will hopefully be done in a few weeks. I ordered a model Y launch and am hoping they can bring them in from China or Giga Berlin to avoid 25%. Unfortunately CT is US only factory so that may indeed get caught up in all this.
