My cards are still not working…
Sponsored
The card has to choose the rider and the car! Make the tsaheylu, Jake!!My keycards were not working. After a few of you posted that their's started to work again, I re-tried mine today. Vola! they now work. I'm on firmware 2024.45.25.15 (same as what I had when the keycards did not work). Go figure...
I just picked up from service and I was told once i update to 2024.45.32.10+ It should be resolved I havent had a chance to scour but that looks to be true based on other comments. My key card was NOT working. Now it IS working. I am on version 2024.45.25.15, which uploaded about a week ago. This started working today, but has not been tested since about 2 or 3 days ago. I have 4 key cards, and I tested each one and confirmed that none did work, and now all do work. The reader is about 3 inches above the light. It was pretty cold outside (25F) and now it is warmer (35F). I don't know what else to say... )
It was done in 2 hours for meI took my cybertruck to a service center on 1/29/2025. The technicians performed a "mid-voltage reset". It cleared the problem. The representative said that a software update for the bug is going to have to come out.
Be sure when you go to Apple Watch on iPhone scroll down to the bottom where it says available apps and install tesla app then tap forward and tap show on watch then you should be able to add from watchI'm in the same boat with 45.25.15, so I thougt I would try to use my apple watch ultra as a spare key. I followed the instructions in the cybertruck owners manual (no, there aren't any instructions) but found a couple of videos online. Seemed simple enough, just open the app on the watch and tap 'Set up Watch Key'. It just spins until it says 'session expired'. I'm on iOS app version v4.41.5-3149, so until 45.32.10+ rolls out and hopefully fixes the problem I'm ?I don't have an issue with my phone key.
I have the app installed on the watch, I checked all the settings on the watch and nothing stands out that would interfere with it working. I force restarted the watch and tried to pair again from the Tesla app on the watch and I get the same behavior, when it reaches 'authenticating' I get a session timeout.Be sure when you go to Apple Watch on iPhone scroll down to the bottom where it says available apps and install tesla app then tap forward and tap show on watch then you should be able to add from watch
fully software updated on the car? If so , restart phone , watch and/ or then delete tesla app from phone and watch and reinstall, try again.I have the app installed on the watch, I checked all the settings on the watch and nothing stands out that would interfere with it working.
