No, I’m not not a joiner so I’m not bound by requirements to use the company line. This is arson. I can also say words like climate change, and renewables, and vaccines and all kinds of stuff because unlike some of you who seem to have lost track of the meaning of the word, I’m free.

Freedom looks like not having a political party tell you what words to use and attempting to enforce the rules upon others.

It might also be terrorism, but what it is for sure is “arson” and that’s what I’m calling it. Thanks!
Terrorism by arson.;) Their goals are to get you to get rid of your Tesla by threatening you into selling it. It may not work for you but others are reacting to it. They are putting peoples lives, livley hoods, and property in harms way and they are doing it for political reasons. Arson is just down playing it. Maybe you are conflicted and disagree with DOGE but at the same time there is no way you are giving up your Tesla. I don't know, just guessing. But this isn't being done by people who have a fascination with fire, these people, for the most part, are doing this for political reasons.

I don’t agree with any of the the current politics on either side. I want to go back to when the same people that are now telling us how they support and love Elon were telling athletes and actors to shut up and do sports or make movies. I’d like him to shut up and make cars. And the people on the other side were hypermileing and smelling their own farts! But that’s a whole different discussion!

As I’ve said multiple times, I currently own four Teslas (one is being used by my mother-in-law) I didn’t ask anybody’s permission to buy any of them. I’m not asking anybody’s permission to keep them and I’ll have them as long as I find them useful. Which I expect will be until their wheels fall off and no longer makes sense to repair them.

Also, as much as I am for ensuring the integrity of our legal processes none of that applies to me personally somebody f’s with my car they’re going to regret it if I’m able to intercept them. I’m not a pacifist.

And as a lawyer I’m very comfortable with determining exactly how far up to, and possibly over, the line I’m willing to go to assert personal space and real/chattel property.

BUT, I have specialized knowledge that others do not and too many people are talking about doing things that are gonna get them sued into oblivion if not thrown into jail.

Everybody has to decide for themselves and be careful. It’s becoming a jungle out here.

We’re all going to be poorer and sadder for it.

As far as this terrorism nonsense. Let me say this, if Pam Bondi using her most sincere, best judgment told me that the sun would never rise again - I would immediately buy stock in Ray-Ban. A political determination that something is terrorism by the dumbest AG that we’ve ever had in the history of the nation means less than nothing to me. These strategic BS designations are going to screw people out of getting their cars replaced and not one of these populist gabillionaires or any of their cronies are going to do a damn thing about it!!

You will never get me to understand the slugs for salt movement!

Your lexicon cannot create meaning without context. Pam Bondi even less so.

I interpret the law for a living. I eat well. Thanks. In fact outside of goofing around with you guys what I’m actually doing today is writing legislation concerning subrogation on behalf of one of my clients.

Context? We were talking about the people fire bombing Teslas. Don't pretend like you didn't know. Hiding behind your profession doesn't make you infallible.

I’m not here to define “context” for you. A dictionary ie “LEXICON” does not create reality. It’s a book to help people who don’t know what words mean. And if you don’t know what words mean you’re not ready to describe reality using them.

I think we’ve gone as far as you’re capable of going. I’m done.

I sent you that definition from Cornell, so, yeah. Good eye Mr. lawyer.

I may have missed the mark on that definition but you are still not infallible. Your over confidence will prove as much. Good night.

Normal people don’t just get up and start burning things they disagree with. Someone (people/foreign power etc) is organizing it and providing the means. FBI should investigate it.
This isn't allowed to become public record for obvious reasons, but when large scale attacks happen in a pattern like this, the perpetrators are allowed to continue for a little while so the feds can get intel on the whole network responsible for it. So long as people aren't being physically hurt or killed in the process. If that happens, they then have to be proactive to stop it from getting continuing or getting worse.

I hope we find the people at the very top. These aren't random people who suddenly have an itch for arson.
