Tesla sales have launched in Saudi Arabia today! Cybertruck deliveries will begin in late 2025.

Cybertruck delivery announcement: "Deliveries Begin in Late 2025"

Tesla Cybertruck Cybertruck Saudi Arabia Deliveries Start Late 2025! New Long Range RWD with 350 Mile Range Revealed tesla cybertruck deliveries 2025

Per Sawyer Merritt:

BREAKING: Tesla has unveiled a new Long Range RWD Cybertruck variant with 350 miles of range on their Middle East websites. The truck is 517 lbs lighter than the AWD & we can also see new 18" wheel covers.

Specs:
• Range: 563km (350 miles)
• Towing capacity: 3,402 kg (7,500 lbs)
• Weight: 2,775 kg or 6,117 lbs (vs 6,634 for AWD)
• Ground clearance: 243mm or 9.5" (vs 16" for AWD)
• 0-100km/h: 6.6s
• Top speed: 111 MPH

It appears the RWD trim has no air suspension based on the much lower ground clearance. Also, the range numbers on the Middle East websites on the Cybertruck AWD and Cyberbeast trims match exactly to what the EPA range is in the US, so it appears the EPA range on the RWD will be 350 miles whenever it launches in the US.

The Cybertruck Long Range RWD will use a traditional coil spring suspension rather than Air Suspension like in the AWD/Beast trim.

LR RWD Cybertruck height will sit a half an inch lower compared to the standard air suspension height. Towing is reduced from 11,000, to 7,500 lbs.

This likely means that 2025 Foundation Series Cybertrucks will be produced, at least for the Saudi Arabian market.

When these launch here in the USA, we are going to need to find a way to badge our premium cybertrucks that are not Foundation series/cyberbeasts. RWD with 350 will sell decently here.

Other than downgrading the sound system, what else could easily be cut to reduce cost on the RWD model? The only other thing that might make sense is the tonneau?

If the truck is the same as the AWD, and only lacks air suspension, but gets a $13k discount it becomes compelling. I think even more compelling would be $20k off with a few more cuts, like the tonneau. That would likely be a high(er) volume vehicle.

Potentially removing rear wheel steering, but I doubt it.

18" rims and no rear screen as well

Let the drifting begin
Usually, it is not just drifting but getting the vehicle up on 2 wheels.
Check out this tire change with no jack!!

Can't wait to see the Cybertruck do this!

Fascinating, but one key spec seems missing at this time: the cost.

I believe Teslas get premium pricing in the Middle East. For example, a Model 3 Performance AWD currently costs $54,990 in the US (before tax credit), while the Saudi Arabian order page has it at SAR 224,990, which is approximately $59,990, or $5,000 higher. A Model Y Long-Range AWD is $48,990 in the US, but approximately $61,330 in Saudi Arabia, or about $12,000 higher.

So the RWD pricing that we eventually see in Saudi Arabia could be higher than the eventual US pricing. Or it could turn out that the RWD Cybertruck is only offered in the Middle East, because Tesla can charge a premium for it there.

And furthermore, they aren’t offering Range Extender on the Long Range Model. They provide specs with the extender on Tri/AWD but not RWD. Also, no back screen or air suspension it seems. I wonder about the speakers/powered cover etc things that aren’t listed.

In Mexico, the inexpensive Model 3 RWD has no heated seats or heated steering wheel. Seems possible that you could get by without those features in the Middle East too.

The Mexican Model 3 RWD also has a downgraded sound system, cloth seats, white-only ambient lighting, no rear display, and acoustic glass only in the front windows. Those cost-cutting features could potentially be used on the Cybertruck RWD as well. In fact, Sawyer Merritt claims that the RWD CT has no rear display.
