I don’t have my OEM Roof Light yet or anything connected to the Frunk, so I guess it Auto populates when something is connected?
Sorry, I misspoke it’s under “outlets & mods.”

Tesla Cybertruck NEW Bumper Insert LED Lightbar - 40" Curved Light Bar / 48v (no converter!) / Retain Tow Hook Functionality - T Sportline IMG_5078

The OEM light bar gets additional controls under lights (as seen below) third party options will not have this functionality:

you can still turn it on / off. Go to outlets and you'll see the switch. That turns our light bar on/off.

You wont have the secondary tesla light bar controls for ditch/fog/both. Honestly, this is just a cute little option - not especially 'useful' - no offense to Tesla, we love those guys and their light bar looks cool - but reality, the Tesla light bar is not 'high output bright', so the whole idea to turn down the brightness...?....maybe for camp mood lighting? And the ditch vs flood vs both....very little/rare use case that you'd really want one and not the other. Check our video to see a comparo of the stock tesla light bar vs ours, you can see how low output the factory light bar is:

Only concern is that it looks like the mounting bracket has a top on it (floating above tow hook). Any concern about obstructing ability to still attach D Ring Shackles (e.g. Rhino USAs are great) to the tow hook without needing to uninstall the mount/light?

How close to lights is the bracket? Any concern on heat over time?
no concern. not hot enough to cause any problems. the body of the light bar is a giant heat sink (aluminum extrusion).

I would use your lower bumper light bar daily. The upper OEM light bar I’m planning on putting Amber PPF for better visibility in dusty road conditions and use in”Ditch” mode as Roof Top “Marker Lights”.

I would disagree on the lack of usefulness of diming or selecting flood vs ditch lights.
If I'm on a group "convoy" at night I may only want ditch lights or to dim them in general. The feature set does have its uses.
You are correct it is not necessary but still can be useful.

ha ha, that's valid....but im not sure how the lights 'behind' you would be any real concern...blocked by tonneau? I guess if you're rolling with some non-cybers!

Always! ROFL
There are far too few of us spread out way too far to be able to get that many together for regular offrading trips.
