if you have a FS Cyberbeast, this is included with your purchase, i would schedule the install, and the service center will zero out your bill. make sure you give them plenty of time to order the part, make sure you ask for the free center caps, also wheel covers if you have the larger tires, and i also asked for the extra slat in my tonneau cover, the service tech asked if i wanted the free mud flaps also, i said sure, load me up!
i do have an issue with the light bar install, the B pillar on the passenger side is installed incorrectly, and my truck is going in for repair on June 7th to fix it. seems the tech broke the upper clip, and now its moving and causing the front passenger door window to get hung up on the weather striping.
I actually have to lower the window an inch to open the passenger door. Just ask in the app, make the appointment. and it should be taken care of

That is the reply I received from Qmerit but there was no code at the end of the email: “ Thank you for letting us know that you would like to opt for the voucher. I have closed out your project on our end and will inform Tesla accordingly. Tesla will send the voucher either via email or add it to your Tesla account. Unfortunately, I am unsure of the exact timeframe for when they will send it.”

Gotcha, while actively dealing with the Qmerit contractor, I had received a cancelation notice from Tesla which I figured was an error (quote was getting revised). Later when working with a 3rd party installer I realized the end of the email had the details. Only discovered that after doing a full email search for Powershsre.

Did you have an issue with the light bar install, or the B pillar? Can you remove the bolt and adjust the pillar?

I believe the clip is broken in the upper B panel, that's why it moves foreward into the window.
my GF picked up the truck at the service center on Feb 8, i did not get to look at the install untill last week, i keep the truck in GA, i live in Connecticut, Last sunday i drove it back to Ct and noticed the issue, i filmed a video, ill try to upload it

I just got my light bar installed. My FS Beast was delivered in July 2024 ..A month after the 4k went to 2.5k . I just ordered the Powershare Gateway and Universal Wall Connector combo for $2,500 on the Tesla app and was able to use my $2,500 coupon. It was set to expire July 2025...

Did you order the Beast before May 23rd? That was the cutoff date for the $4k installation credit. The $2.5k for Gateway 3V and UWC existed before and continued a while longer.

I finally called Tesla Customer Service today. They added a $2,500 voucher to my account but shouldn’t it be $4k since I took delivery of my CB in April 2024.

I finally called Tesla Customer Service today. They added a $2,500 voucher to my account but shouldn’t it be $4k since I took delivery of my CB in April 2024.

Emails were sent to those who ordered on or before May22 2024 that the credit would expire May 5th of this year if the survey had not been submitted. I remember Qmerit also sent a reminder. If you did not submit a survey to determine if you qualified for powershare by that time it was probably forfeited.

The 4k was credit only for the PowerShare installation (no voucher).

I still have the $2500 credit, I’ll order PowerShare on Tuesday

They were two separate things:
$2.5k for Gateway 3V and UWC (or other stuff if you don't get Powershare installed)
Up to $4k credit toward installation of Powershare

Total value of up to $6.5k for pre May 23rd, 2024 Beast orders if you have Powershare installed.
$2.5k shop credit otherwise (until they switched to Free Supercharging instead).
