I've seen a few people CLAIM to get siriusxm working on ryzen based cars on the TMC forum. This guy claims to have it running in the new Y, although I don't think he stated if he lost FM functionality. If nobody else is willing to take the risk, I might do it myself. If anyone has any prior knowledge related to this, your help would be greatly appreciated. I did a bit of research a while back but tesla service made it a pain in the ass to order (what i believe are) the needed parts (1143711-00-C, 1565754-00-A, 1006740-00-A, 1453427-00-B) so I just left the project on hold. My only concern with installing this is that sat sxm isn't referenced within the internals, I'd assume that the cybertruck just has a different UI and everything else internally is mostly shared between the different models, but you never know with tesla.

Sounds like a fun project, I was almost going down this route with my Model Y. I would say give it a try but don’t route the antenna until you know if it actually works. Where is the location of the radio tuner in CT BTW?

Wait doesn’t the truck have serius xm already?
Yes and no. There are two ways to get SiriusXM radio: streaming over the internet, or via satellite (which requires a special antenna and receiver).

Yes, the CT is set up for streaming SiriusXM. And this is fine for most people. However, streaming only works if you are connected to the internet via cell service.

But also no -- the CT does not come with a satellite radio antenna or receiver (although many vehicles do, including the Tesla Model S and Model X). The advantage of satellite service is that it works virtually anywhere in the continental US or southern Canada, even in remote areas with no cell reception. So some people want to retrofit their trucks with the necessary hardware to pick up the satellite signals directly.

Alternatively, you could equip your CT with a Starlink antenna/receiver for satellite internet. Then you could get internet everywhere, and could stream SiriusXM everywhere. However, satellite internet is (currently) much more expensive than satellite radio.

I'd assume the best true satellite option would be a receiver that plugs into power with Bluetooth capability to connect to the truck?

Thanks for explaining, I used to have xm on my ram and found that most stations played the same 10 songs daily so I stuck with YouTube music. I can select save for offline and that pretty much covered dead zones.

Made this quick write up, going to order the parts today and hopefully start the install soon. Will edit for clarity later.

Needed parts:
Tuner w/ XM Support - 1143711-00-C (noticed most ppl used this tuner on TMC forums)
Fakra Curry Female to SMB Male (connect 3rd party antenna to tuner) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07252FDFD
SiriusXM NGVA3 Antenna (generic might be cheaper but some reported compatibility issues) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HRCTD0G

Optional (required to keep FM compatibility):
Dual Fakra to Two Single Fakra Wire (to connect FM tuner) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QG2RRZL
Female to Female Fakra Z Wire (to connect amp to tuner) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PDP33XL
FM Antenna Amplifier - 1551330-00-B (to bridge antenna to tuner, the original guide i used calls for 1079735-00-A which is the model 3/y version, i'm not fully sure if the CT version would work but since i'm already purchasing some other parts i decided it wouldn't hurt to throw that in too)
Three Male-to-Female Jumper Wires (MIGHT NOT BE NEEDED ORIGINAL GUIDE REQUIRES IT FOR SOME REASON, to connect ribbon cable to amp) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GD2PGY4

Install Steps:

1. Disassemble the car according to service manual https://service.tesla.com/docs/Cybe...UID-3327A72F-0684-446F-92D1-328283C24128.html
2. Disconnect the tuner
3. Refer to the diagram for the wiring info

Still needed to discover:

Does the install even work with the cybertruck?
How to mount the XM antenna?
How to mount the XM tuner?
Does the XM tuner fit?

Update:
SC said all the parts are in stock today, going to pick them up and do this install either today or tomorrow. Got an additional F2F Fakra Z Wire as I'm 99% sure I need it to plug the other FM antenna into the dual to single fakra adapter.
Current BOM (I use amazon business which gives me addtl discounts for some products):
Tuner w/ XM Support - 1143711-00-C ($225 SC or $180 3rd party)
Fakra Curry Female to SMB Male ($8.06)
SiriusXM NGVA3 Antenna ($16.73)
Dual Fakra to Two Single Fakra Wire ($12.73)
Female to Female Fakra Z Wire 2x ($6.49 each $12.98 total)
FM Antenna Amplifier - 1551330-00-B ($110 SC or $55 3rd party)
Total - $385.50
