After 5 years I finally decided to order, and took delivery of my 2025 AWD CT. I was on the fence between many other cars - Rivian's (both 2023 and refreshed R1 S/T, Porsche's, BMW's, the Hummer EV, but The 0% APR pushed me over the edge and made it a no brainer.

I had a friend kind enough to loan me their Cyberbeast for almost a month while they were out of town (and I was moving), and that really showed me what life with the truck would be like.

I'm happy to finally have one of these things. My third Tesla, my first truck, and it is both the "ugliest" yet coolest thing I've ever owned simultaneously and I love it. ??

How long have you had it?

Enjoy it!

Also for any lurkers / non owners here. I bolded the key words.

If you drive it, you buy it. A pros and cons list, or a specs comparison grid doesn’t paint the full picture. It’s other worldly and on a whole other level.

You won't regret it. I've had my 2025 AWD CT for almost 4 weeks...and every day I wake up I'm trying to figure out where I'm going today!

Absolute truth.
Took my MYP in for interior cabin radar install. Test drove a cybertruck and despite the less than 500 mile promised range, the fold down midgate, no tailgate embeded ramp or the less than 6 seats. I told the salesman they would have to let me transfer FSD, unlimited supercharging and lifetime premium connectivity.

Well, here we are happy Cybertruck owners.

Edit for clarity- The salesman did not magically make my demands a possibility. It just so happened that within a month the incentives were FSD, free premium connectivity for life and free supercharging for life with purchase. I was not able to transfer those things. Also the truck I purchased online had home powershare and backup power included which they removed from the purchase agreement.

Bet it’s awesome. Congratulations.

You were fortunate to be able to have an extended test drive. It’s surly helped.

Someday I will get the nerve to test drive one. Having trouble convincing my time.

2 hour drive to the Tesla Service Center for a 30 minute test drive is not enough time to really put it to the challenge.

Enjoy!!

that’s right.

I understand the negative reaction off the bat.

“I put down a deposit. They said it was going to be this price. Now it’s more money. They said it was going to have this range. Now it’s less than that.”

I got worked up about that too at first. I also think they over delivered in other areas relative to that initial prototype.

Either way, it’s a thing that’s available on the market. I found it far better than other things available for purchase on the market and that is what informed my decision rather than agitation about particular features I was hoping about. Still suits my needs perfectly. I’ve yet to come even close to running out of battery or anything like that.

Congrats, welcome to the CT club, like you the CT was my third Tesla but first pickup of my life. Then yesterday decided I "needed" a new Y, so will pick that up on Monday. I'll have 2 Ys and a CT (all available on Turo) Both my wife and insurance agent love me despite both thinking I'm crazy AF.

You waited and got a great deal. I didn't wait paid a ton more and I'm still happy 14 months later.
Your truck looks awesome! What is your cleaning method that you use to get it to look so good?
