What do you think if there is the best height to maintain the CT when just daily driving? Like best for the suspension system to not be strained? Lower or Medium? Or OffRoad Excess? lol jk about that

I just run with the default of Low. I think @Fabville likes to run in medium but he's a mad man!

I have my custom set to medium with the tighter steering and chill acceleration. When I feel like driving fast I'll switch to sport and it will go to low. Really depends on where I'm at, my city has nice roads and not too many cops so when I'm near home I'm on sport. When I go to some of the neighboring areas their roads are shit so raising it up a bit feels better.

O gotcha, thanks for all the feedback! Just asked Grok, it told me to drive medium for balance between efficiency and less stress on the suspension since low mode depresses it and high extends it too much. It did say low provides the best efficiency but you trade off with faster wear/tear on the suspension. And yes, Grok is always right. ;)

Medium, with standard acceleration and focused handling. I like the higher ride height, and it has very little effect on efficiency since the CT will automatically go to low at highway speeds regardless of the setting.

Low. I have the left button long press setup for profile adjustment and my custom profile is medium height with all sport settings so I can comfortably roll over the MANY railroad crossings and farm roads we have in the area and quickly switch back to low.
