They fixed the same issue with my truck recently. These are the notes from the invoice "Technician inspected and verified the driver side door was making a noise and vibrating more than other doors when closed and tapped. The issue was caused by loose panels inside the door. insulated all panels and applied sound deadening to inside of door panel The noise is no longer present after the adjustments."
I just returned from a 500 miles trip. The shaking is definitely gone.

Latch was adjusted and new seal installed, and it’s better. Cannot recreate crosswind on demand. So time will tell.
Also ordered B pillar trim for creaking and of course it’s back ordered…..

Oof, the entire door?! That's too bad. I'd really like to have mine fixed but I'm in the same boat with a PPF wrap that I'd rather not change out. I would guess I'd have to buy a whole new roll of wrap. Dang. Let us know if you hear anything more or if they have an option to replace only a subcomponent or bracket rather than the whole door.
Did you ever end up getting yours fixed? If so, what was gone fix please?

Luigi, did you end up having your door replaced and did that improve it?

I haven’t had mine fixed yet, however i haven't experienced in crazy shaking from crosswind in the last 6 months or so either so i kind of forgot about this.

apparently there is an entire door waiting for me at the service center. I’m awaiting an answer from my detailer to find out whether I can just buy wrap for the one door. If so, I’ll have Tesla replace the door and let yall know whether that solved the vibration.

I just had my truck in the shop a week ago and had this issue listed, they said it was fine and didn’t do anything about it. I can’t stand the feeling of the door flexing. I hope they officially acknowledge it as an issue So they can fix it.
I’ve had this issue since new, one service center told me it was fine. Took it again last week to a different service center and they replaced the whole door and he said it’s a known issue. Sounds like with a lot of things Tesla. It depends on the tech you get.

Strange that the issue disappeared, did Service happen to adjust doors for any reason in the meantime? I have the same issue, they want to replace the door, but it that seems a bit extensive, it's such a big job my Service center has to contract it out to a local body shop as it's quite involved.

They found service notes regarding a "rattling door" and that requires a replacement door as the inside framing delaminated, but mine doesn't rattle, it just vibrates like crazy at highway speeds. It's like wind just catches it at the right angle and the door starts massaging my left leg.

The issue is still there. I think I'm just so used to it that it doesn't register with me any more. I was driving on the interstate yesterday with just a mild 15mph cross wind and my door was vibrating pretty good.

I did not have it replaced. I had previously put a wrap on my truck and the service tech said that he’d replace the door but could not guarantee it would resolve the issue. I’m not spending money to re-wrap if I’m not 100% guaranteed a fix.

They just replaced my whole door. He said there’s a fix coming soon but for now the only fix is to replace the door.
Did it help? Does the passanger door vibrate as well?

I just had three of my four doors repaired for delamination. Tesla opted to reapply the andhesive and not replace the doors for my Cybertruck. Along with reapplying the adhesive, they went through internal assemblies and replaced some parts, etc.

My repair was performed by a Tesla collision center, as the local service center said the repair is more than they can handle. I suspect for those living in locations with regular service centers only and have no nearby Tesla collision center, they may opt to just replace the doors completely.

Ive had the truck back for about two weeks now and so far the repairs seem to have worked perfectly. But obviously its still too early to tell for sure. But I feel pretty good about the results so far.
