Service mode has air spring dump (again?), but large suspension travel while stationary, especially on pavement, really loads the system.

So what's your view on using extract height? I've been using it a couple times per week to pick up trailers without having to use the tongue jacks.

I do see the track narrow at higher settings so was wondering about stress on the components.

If you roll under the trailer in the highest setting that clears, you should be fine.
I was doing suspension timing test and when going to extract on asphalt it bound up enough to overshoot when I moved the truck a little. That's not so good to do.
