So far so good. Road side assistance was very helpful. My CT was towed to the local SC in Jacksonville. Sentry activity makes me think they are already looking at it. I will update this thread with new info as I get it. Hopefully it's only a faulty 48v battery.

Sorry to hear that but congrats on the CT! Best vehicle I’ve ever owned!
Thanks! I absolutely love the car despite this incident! My biggest fear is they will have to keep my car through the weekend. I wanted to take it to a local cars and coffee!

The red LV cable connector needs to be closed or locked via the black handle. Thats VCLEFT_a479.

Sometimes they keep this connector open on pre-delivery CT's. Its the equivalent to removing the 12v battery cables on all other tesla models. They forgot to close it. Closing the clip to the 48v battery is a 2-step process. Sometimes they only perform step 1 and then on delivery day - they perform step 2.

Strange to me is that this didn't happen on the first bump that you hit after delivery - and that you were able to drive for 4 days. You should have gotten this alert at the curb driving away from the service center. Thats weird.

Black handle up is the unlocked position

Yeah, I tried. They gave me a model 3. It's not a bad car, but it's not a Cybertruck.
