I wonder if that would mean “on” when you press ditch or flood or both.
I’m guessing both because it’s likely the green wire that “tells” the bar what to do with the “on” state of the wires.
The roof feed activates on flood or ditch
The green wire tells the light bar which segments and how bright

Frunk and roof have separate feeds but same communication line.

Have you tested that?
Have not tested but every other circuit measures vs expected so I’m sure it’s the same.

Other circuits deal with fixed loads though. Aux feeds will trip on overpower, but validating light bar draw under that value only when light bar is installed seems like non-value add software feature.

Any chance the brackets can be flipped to allow mounting under a front license plate/tow hook?

the aux feeds are fairy touchy and prone to trip - they trip not just on load but rate of load, and duty cycle. It's not trivial. There is very little wiggle room on the tesla circuits and load characteristics.

With the lightbar at full brightness (ditch and flood), the circuit doesn't mind an additional 200W of resistive load switched on or off.

Would love to see the on screen control UI for this Bumper Light Bar with the OEM Light Bar installed. What does it look like?

It is the outlet screen, you simply toggle on/off the aux feed. Easy!

You may be winning me over to this. I don’t think I’m ever going to get my invincible frunk cover. Any plan to have a color change version of this? I feel like I want something on the truck that can be amber/yellow for better visibility in potential precipitation.

No, I definitely don’t want a film. My understanding is that my scout is going to have dual color LEDs. I want that here as well.
Yeah. That would be an awesome feature. I also prefer a light that looks clear when it’s off
