At present, if you have any installation problems, you can consult our after-sales customer service for installation. As for the upgraded version, we are still in the process of production and it will take some time. So I reached out again through Whatsapp and they agreed to send me a replacement/updated bracket (aka version 3). Got it yesterday, installed today, and it's flawless. Thanks @Tesstudio for hooking me up as winner and making things right. This should come standard with the CT but the aftermarket comes through once again.
