Very possible, but "last car" doesn't mean it was the last car announced, it could be 10 years before the Roadster ever comes out. And whatever Elon is talking about now, doesn't necessarily have to have a steering wheel either.I would bet it's a version of the Model Y without 48v/SBW/RWS.
If we are using Elon quotes, he said not 2 months ago that the Roadster would be the last new Tesla with a steering wheel. That obviously excludes variants like the stripper 3/Y or MYL (which recently appeared in Austin). It could also mean another CT variant as well, but I am doubtful
