I would bet it's a version of the Model Y without 48v/SBW/RWS.

If we are using Elon quotes, he said not 2 months ago that the Roadster would be the last new Tesla with a steering wheel. That obviously excludes variants like the stripper 3/Y or MYL (which recently appeared in Austin). It could also mean another CT variant as well, but I am doubtful
Very possible, but "last car" doesn't mean it was the last car announced, it could be 10 years before the Roadster ever comes out. And whatever Elon is talking about now, doesn't necessarily have to have a steering wheel either.

Launched a cheap Cybertruck. Has all parts that have already been in production. Can't deliver till next year...

I wonder how big is the Robovan compared to the Cybertruck?

Thinking that if the Cybertruck can fit inside a Boring tunnel,
so would the Robovan be also able to fit inside the Boring tunnel?

They are almost certainly planning to build a Cyburban. We've seen the models, the product map had a spot for it, Elon recently said the CT production line could evolve into a utility vehicle. A Cyburban could be sold in multiple configs, 3 rows for lots of people (both for families and mass transit), or as a cargo vehicle. It makes a ton of sense to make a big SUV on the CT line like other manufacturers do with their trucks.

Ultimately we'll see the Roadster and Cyburban essentially replacing the S and X as the premium car and SUV in the lineup. Large luxury sedans are a dying breed and the Cyburban would have eaten what little remained of the X's sales. The Roadster will fill a high-priced performance halo car niche, and the CUV will be far more cost-effective to produce than the dated X and its archaic production line.

The Model YYY is almost certainly coming as well at the end of '26 as Elon said, and it will fill the family crossover space of Highlanders and Explorers. That will essentially complete the modern car lineup for Tesla, though I think a mid-size truck may also happen at some point.

Elon's betting pretty hard on autonomy - and I think that will have a substantial market - but I think the vast majority of consumers will still want their own car with a steering wheel for the foreseeable future, even if they use FSD 90% of the time. He sometimes struggles a bit with the non-sensical elements of human nature, as shown by his venture into politics.

Seems likely they are building one maybe using the Cybertruck assembly line. The large EV SUVs tend to sell better than EV trucks do. So it makes sense.

EVEN MORE:

Even more hints - Elon reposted this X post about needing 3 row car.

There's definitely some smoke now, just hope there's a fire in the form of an SUV.

The CyberSUV / CyberVan plot thickens!! Elon replied "Noted" to someone requesting 3 rows of seats, each with its own pair of doors?? 🔥

Original post

https://www.teslarati.com/elon-musk-tesla-developing-new-vehicle-way-cooler-than-minivan/

Tesla CEO Elon Musk said the company is developing a new vehicle, and it will be “way cooler than a minivan.”

It sounds as if Tesla could be considering a new vehicle to fit the mold of what a larger family would need, and as fans have been demanding it for several years and the company is phasing out the Model X, its only family-geared vehicle, it sounds as if it could be the perfect time.

There are a handful of things Musk could be talking about, and as many Tesla owners have wanted a vehicle along the lines of a minivan for hauling around their family, speculation has persisted about what the company would do in terms of developing something for that exact use case.

There were several options, and some of them seemed to be already available. Musk posted on X yesterday that the Cybertruck has three sets of isofix attachments and could fit three child seats or three adults, and it seemed to be a way to deflect plans for a new, larger vehicle as a Model Y L appeared to be present at Giga Texas.

There is also the Robovan, the large people mover that Tesla unveiled at the “We, Robot” back in 2024.

However, it seems Tesla could be developing something like a CyberSUV, something that is going to be large enough to haul around a car full of kids, but could be developed with the company’s aesthetic of the company’s most recent releases: this would likely include a light bar and a more sleek, futuristic look.

We’ve mocked up some potential looks for Tesla’s speculative vehicle in the past:

Tesla Cybertruck CyberSUV / CyberVan hints dropped by Musk?? [Updated w/ more from Elon] {filename}

Tesla has teased the potential of a CyberSUV in the past, showing off clay models that it developed back in September in a teaser video called “Sustainable Abundance.”

Fans and owners have been calling for this development for a very long time, and it seems like Tesla might be ready to finally answer the call on a large SUV. With the segment being dominated by combustion engine vehicles, Tesla could truly disrupt the large SUVs that have been mainstays.

The Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon would feel some additional pressure, and it would be possible for Tesla to infiltrate some of those sales and pull consumers to electric powertrains.

As the Model S and Model X sunset process is truly hitting full swing, it might be time to consider Tesla’s next option in terms of vehicle development.
There may be a vehicle that uses so e of the new tech from Cybertruck. But it will not be a CyberSUV.

In the 2024 earnings report, El9n stated the production method and stainless steel of the cybertruck would not be used 8n future Tesla vehicles.

Think more along the lines of a restlyed vehicle based on the Model X base design concepts and the newer box manufacturing concept they are implementing.
