I had the same issue and the other issue was I didn’t have the last months statement and had to reach out to Charles Schwaub because they only send statements out every 3 months.

My site status has me slightly confused.
- I used SAY
- I was asked for statements for 2021, I supplied those.
- Under Event it used to say I would be emailed.
- I could swear that under Shareholder Status, it has said I have been verified.

I think people are getting shareholder status confused with the long-term Tesla shareholder Cybertruck early delivery program.
as far as I have read, no one has received any notification that they were “verified” other than being verified as a Tesla shareholder.

The Schwab site has a statements area where you can select the 02/28/2021 and 02/29/2024 dates and download the 2 statements. You probably didn’t dig deep enough.

But that is not posted till after that date and it need to be in by the end of February. So you have to wait till March 4th. That was the issue and the reason why i spent 2 hours on the phone with them.

On Safari I am getting the signup button again and that is extremely frustrating. I took screen shots of all the steps I took when submitting documentation. I really hate it that Tesla completely drops the ball when it comes to these things. They make a big deal about how digital they are but in fravt it is only on their end asking for information from customers, not on our end getting information from Tesla.

It feels like this has been a very manual process on their end. It feels like wave two will be sent out after they confirm another batch by hand.
