I got cut by my CT for the third time today and it had me wondering if I'm the only one clumsy enough to be getting beat up by this thing.

First time - gnarly gash on the top of my head (bald) by the canttrails when loading something into the back row

Second time - closed the door a bit too early and the bottom corner struck my calf

Third time - loading stuff into the bed and the corner of the tailgate sliced my thigh through my shorts

Please tell me I'm not the only one 🥲

Sorry, glasses may help. Yes front. Corner of fender got me three times the first month. First aid kit in truck isn’t a bad idea.

3x … happens when darting around the CT.

Frunk open, took turn quick and slashed my forehead. Wondered why I was so sweaty and wiped, wasn’t sweat. 🩸

Other time was drying top edge of cantrail to quarter panel, there is a slight gap there and very slightly uneven, slashed the lateral aspect of my hand wiping there. 🩸
Wear gloves now lol

Can’t remember the 3rd. It happened though.

I try to be careful when detailing the truck; if I am working near the edges wear gloves. Have had truck for 18 months and never injured myself.

Was doing something with the frunk, turned head and blasted the corner.

Tip: don’t try to stand up in the bed in the bed when parked in a parking garage as that hurts too.

bumped my door when my wife and I were first showing it off to a friend a couple years ago - day one - but it was a simple 'oh damn, that's really sharp' , no cut or bruise.

Frunk open, reached up to take a leaf off wiper. Caught hand on top corner of fender. Fine Nicholson flat file to the rescue, rounded corners.

*knock on steel*

About 18 months ownership, 10,500 miles. None yet. After seeing the guy who was cut hard by the Rivian door, I try to be extremely careful around the truck especially doors and frunk. Can easily see it happening though.

Zero.

And I'm constantly banging up my shins and forearms on everything else. I think the truck is like a rattler in that way, it's constantly warning you ... I'll mess you up!

My truck "bit" me for the first time last weekend.

That is after almost 2 years... I think my dog bites me more often.... (also, by accident, lol).
I scraped/cut my arm on an open-door edge... lots of blood. It reminded me to slow down and show some respect when working around a Cyberbeast. ;)

One time two years ago. I was feeling the edge of a panel with my fingertip when a small burr drew a couple drops of blood. I took some crocus cloth to the edges so it wouldn't happen again.

No further blood draws in the last 2 years. Judging by some stories here, I guess I'm a faster than average learner.
