You could fill the details into an AI engine and have it type up a legal sounding cease and desist type letter. Print it up on some nice letter stock in a professional looking envelope and place it at her door or mailbox. Nothing threatening of course, but people get much more aware of their actions when they think lawyers might become involved.

Sorry that happened to you and your truck. My opinion is, people like this are aggressive enough to not only do it once, but multiples times will escalate their aggressiveness to a potential physical conflict or other violence to you, your sister or some other victim in the future. I would report these incidents if not only to just document that fool and his aggressive acts. You don't know, this jerk could already be on LE's radar screen. Report.
