I replaced them with a set of Mantle wheels I purchased off FB Marketplace. The person I bought them removed them with less than 100 miles off his Cyberbeast to install 24" wheels.Did you take them off to install new wheels or was this just for fun? (The latter would be something I would do).![]()
It will look like 99.9% of all other unwrapped Cybertrucks on the road. You know way more than me about the cleaning stuff so I'd like to ask a serious question.
What will happen if I don't do jack squat and just drive the thing and run it through a car was once a year? (Cause that's what im kinda leaning toward)
Is that in prep to ceramic coat or just an initial deep clean?I good scrub down with Dawn dishwashing soap will help remove most of the manufacturing oils.
I am already prepared for stage 2 and 3.
Same here.My status app updated today and dropped the delivery window information. Yesterday vs today

Oh would it actually show 2027 on there? The json section where the date was previously stated is now blank, not 2027
It happened to me, the "window" section disappeared, then the next day, the window appeared and the delivery dates move up about one month. My status app updated today and dropped the delivery window information. Yesterday vs today

All the time brother… sept 24 was my delivery date and I still catch myself doing it every other day or so! It’s the “hardest” vehicle design I have ever laid eyes on & it never gets oldOut running some errands and had to look back and take a second peek. Who else is guilty?

Looks great. I have a July date for PPF but It pains me to pay what there charging.![]()
Quick update.
Got it wrapped in “Stealth black” got a great deal on the labor from a buddy who does PPF for some of the big DFW dealerships.
I ordered the TWRAPS DIY kit with a code.
He charged me labor only, and tinted it.
Said the material didn’t feel as tacky as Xpel, so the edges were tougher to stick - but I’m very happy with the end product and the cost!
When I compare what Tesla was charging, what I paid for the DIY and the labor - it was half the cost! If you’re in the DFW area feel free to reach out to him and let him know I referred to get a good deal! He can do the entire wrap or you can bring a DIY kit. He also does just tinting too.
